What: Wright’s Furniture & Flooring, a fifth-generation family-owned business, is hosting its 2nd annual Trunk or Treat event at its Taylorville location. Nearly a dozen local businesses will be participating in the event, decorating their cars and passing out candy in the store’s parking lot. Families are invited to attend this free event.
When: Saturday, October 26, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Wright’s Furniture & Flooring at 400 N Webster St, Taylorville, IL 62568
Why: “This event is an opportunity for people in Taylorville to feel a sense of community while getting to know the people behind the local businesses in the area,” said Sondra Carter, Event Coordinator for Wright’s Furniture & Flooring. “We want this time of year to be fun and safe for everyone and this is an awesome opportunity for our staff to get to know more of our customers in Taylorville.”
