EFFINGHAM, IL AND MATTOON, IL – Washington Savings Bank announces that Kim Weaver has joined its Residential Mortgage Lending Team as Vice President-Residential Mortgage Loan Officer. Weaver will be based at the Charleston Avenue Branch in Mattoon, bringing over 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry to her new role.
Weaver began her career as a Loan Processor after college and has since built a comprehensive background in mortgage lending. Her previous roles include Branch Manager, Loan Reviewer, and most recently, a 24-year tenure as a Mortgage Loan Officer serving clients in Coles County and nearby areas.
Known for her dedication to first-time homebuyers, Weaver has earned a reputation for providing clear guidance and reliable support throughout the home loan process. She places particular emphasis on transparency, offering clients thorough communication and insights to help them navigate their financing options with confidence.
