Joint Active Systems (JAS) is excited to announce the appointment of Bobbie Ray as the new Human Resource Manager, effective September 16, 2024. With her background in Human Resources and passion for fostering employee growth, Bobbie is prepared to make a significant impact at JAS.
Bobbie brings over four years of experience as a Human Resource Manager, complemented by her service in the Navy, where she developed strong leadership and teamwork skills. Her military and HR experience has also sharpened her skills in administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR functions. Bobbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice/Criminology, a Minor in Sociology, and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology, equipping her with a diverse perspective on employee engagement and organizational development.
In her new role Bobbie will be directly responsible for overseeing the HR department operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Bobbie expressed excitement about the new position, stating, “I am looking forward to helping the company grow and supporting our team members.”
Outside of work, Bobbie enjoys solving puzzles, reading and spending time with her family.
