acquisition of Central Illinois Care Service (“CICS”) from M&T Group, LLC. This strategic move
expands Avid’s footprint to a total of 42 counties in Illinois and enhances our commitment to
providing quality care services to individuals in need.
Headquartered in Fairview Heights, Illinois, CICS provides personal care and daily living assistance
to clients through three locations in Fairview Heights, Decatur, and Effingham, Illinois. Care is
provided to individuals through strong partnerships with the Illinois state Medicaid program, the
Illinois Department on Aging and other community providers.
