Effingham, IL – August 28, 2024 – The Effingham County Chamber welcomes Effingham County ROSC (Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care) as a new member. ROSC is a not-for-profit organization offering a coordinated network of community-based services that are person-centered, focusing on recovery, improved health, wellness, and the overall quality of life for individuals with or at risk of substance use and co-occurring conditions.

Effingham County ROSC builds on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families, and communities, helping them navigate the journey to recovery. The organization’s comprehensive approach ensures that every individual receives tailored support, empowering them to achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Katie Koester, President & CEO of the Effingham County Chamber, stated, “ROSC’s presence in our community will undoubtedly make a significant impact, offering hope and support to those on their path to recovery.”
