Get ready for some spooktacular fun as Trick or Treat takes over Downtown Effingham on Saturday, October 26th! From 1pm to 3pm, little goblins and ghosts can collect candy from participating businesses.

Sponsored by the Effingham County Chamber Downtown Effingham Business Group Committee, this is the perfect opportunity for a safe and family-friendly trick-or-treating experience.
