Thank you for nominating a 2024 Top Community Leader for the 4th Annual Class of Up & Coming Leaders!
We will be giving out one award for each of the six school districts in Effingham County to the individual chosen based on your nominations.
Nomination Criteria:
Must be between the ages of 14-20 as of August 1, 2024
Must be a full-time high school student in Effingham County*
Must have at least a “B” average
Must be involved in extracurricular activities through school or leadership organizations
Must have significant contributions to his/her community as a leader
Cannot be a previous recipient
*School districts | Altamont, Beecher City, Dieterich, Effingham, St. Anthony, & Teutopolis
