Job Overview: As an Order Processing and Decoration Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing, decoration, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, production, and customer service, to facilitate a seamless order processing and decoration workflow. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Receive and review incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare orders for decoration by following established guidelines and procedures.
• Apply decoration to products using various techniques.
• Inspect decorated products for quality assurance, addressing any defects or issues.
• Package and label orders for shipment, ensuring proper documentation is included.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure order priorities and deadlines are met.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education, experience, or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in order processing, decoration, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using order management software.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderately heavy items.
