EMAC is looking for you!

Effingham Machining & Assembly Components, Inc. (EMAC), specializes in precision machining and assembly for the automotive industry. EMAC has been producing parts for 28 years with a product mix consisting of suspension components, exhaust manifolds, damper forks, and brackets. EMAC’s customer base includes Honda, Ford, General Motors, BMW, Nissan, Subaru, and Volkswagen. The primary manufacturing activities performed at EMAC are CNC machining of ductile cast iron castings to the precise dimensions required by the automotive industry. Once parts are machined to size, some light assembly is performed.  This high volume demand requires specialized automation that utilizes robot control, in-line gaging, and software driven controls.

We are a 3 shift operation, with opportunities for advancement and cross training! Those with solid work history are encouraged to apply!

• Maintenance Technicians

Openings on all shifts- No experience is needed, will train!
