DESCRIPTION:The Glenwood Assisted Living of Effingham invites the community to its Summer Block Party on Saturday\, July 11 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. \nThis free\, family-friendly event will feature a foam party by Wild Foam Adventures\, live music\, local vendors\, craft tables\, raffle baskets\, yard sale items\, sweet treats\, food vendors\, and activities for all ages. Glenwood will also provide complimentary hot dogs and chips while supplies last. \nAttendees are encouraged to bring family and friends for an afternoon of fun\, entertainment\, and community connection. Proceeds from raffle baskets and donations will help support resident activities\, outings\, entertainment\, and special events at Glenwood. \nVendors\, crafters\, direct sales businesses\, community organizations\, and local artisans are welcome to participate. Businesses interested in donating raffle baskets\, gift cards\, merchandise\, services\, or promotional items are also encouraged to get involved. \nVendor registrations and raffle basket donations are requested by June 30. \nFor vendor information or raffle donations\, contact Stephanie Cummins at 217-347-8880 or gwef.bom@meridiansenior.com.
