DESCRIPTION:This year’s Holiday Festival will support the SBL Health Foundation Capital Campaign: “Expanding Hope\,” an initiative to expand the Regional Cancer Center. \nThe 21\,500 square foot cancer center was built to accommodate 17 oncology infusion chairs\, with plenty of waiting room space. But over the years\, patient volume has soared. Just since 2020\, the number of patient visits has nearly doubled\, in part due to an aging population\, but there’s also a national trend in younger people being diagnosed with cancer. \nOn behalf of those impacted by cancer now and in the future in your community\, thank you for your support of the 2026 Holiday Festival. \nGALA & LIVE AUCTION\nSaturday\, November 14\n5:30 pm – Cocktail hour\n6:30 pm – Dinner\n7 pm – Live Auction \nSBL Lumpkin Education Center \n$100 Live Auction Raffle Ticket – Buy 2 get one FREE. \nOne lucky winner will get to chose their favorite from the 30 Live Auction items.\n*excluding international travel. \nRAFFLE\nTickets are $5 each or 3 for $10 \nAqua Sol\, A Hilton Vacation Club\nWinter Garden\, Florida – Two bedroom\, two bath condo\nMarch 20 – 27\, 2027  • Plus $1\,500 cash\nDonated by Mike & Jayne Genta \nMEMORY STAR ORNAMENT\nCelebrate the memory of a loved one or recognize a Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice caregiver that was particularly kind while supporting an endowment for SBL’s Willow Breeze Hospice House. \nChristmas is a wonderful occasion to honor or thank someone. Purchasing a $40 Memory Star ornament or making a tribute gift also helps patients throughout our 20-county service area afford their stay at Willow Breeze. Most insurance companies pay for nursing care\, but not room and board.
