DESCRIPTION:Sullivan AMBUCS Halloween Parade is Saturday\, Oct. 31\, on the Square in downtown Sullivan\, just down the road from Effingham. It’s a free\, fun stop for families visiting the area that weekend. \nLine-up is at 5:00 p.m.\, and the parade steps off at 5:15 p.m. It’s FREE and open to all ages. \nFive celebrity judges will award 10 CASH prizes for the best costumes\, the first 300 participants get a king-sized candy bar\, and there’s trick-or-treating all over town that night. \nRain location: Sullivan Elementary School gym\, line-up 5:15\, step-off 5:30. \nIt’s been a Sullivan tradition since 1928.
