DESCRIPTION:You have completed all interviews and reviewed the necessary documentation for your intra-corporate investigation\, but what do you do next? This program will primarily address how to draft a final investigation report according to a standard format and exploring what happens after the report is complete. We will cover best practices for using the report to make recommendations to the business\, requiring investigators to carefully weigh evidence and credibility. Using recent public events for reference\, we will identify pitfalls to avoid when rolling out the report’s recommendations to effectively ensure long-term implementation.
