DESCRIPTION:The 6th Annual 2026 Effingham Turkey Drop is currently open for registrations. This event is meant to honor our area veterans and service members for their service and sacrifices and to provide them a nice meal to share with their family for the holiday. \nRegistration is open through noon on Friday\, November 13. \n470 veterans and heroes participated last year\, and we’re hoping to serve even more this year. We need your help in meeting that goal! Please spread the word via emails\, social media\, and posting fliers as appropriate on your business counters\, doors\, and windows. \nEffingham Sunrise Rotary & Visiting Angels would like to acknowledge and thank the businesses and organizations in the area who sponsor and make it possible.
