Bring one challenge and one win\, compare what’s working (and what isn’t)\, and swap practical ideas on hiring\, retention\, training/onboarding\, safety\, and light automation. \nWe’ll keep it simple: a five-minute welcome\, attendee-led topics\, quick share-outs\, then open networking. You’ll leave with a core group of local peers you can stay in touch with to keep the ideas flowing after the event.
