The Effingham County Chamber celebrates the opening of new businesses or locations and welcomes new Chamber members with ribbon cuttings, new member pictures, and other events and activities.

Reininger Jewelers is a third-generation family owned and operated business since 1918. Paul Reininger has followed in his grandfather and father’s footsteps and has also furthered his education by graduating from Gem City College and earned certificates from the Gemological Institutes of America.

Reininger’s opened their doors in the Swansea Schnucks Plaza in 1992, a Columbia, IL location in 1993, a Waterloo, IL location in 2003, and now an Effingham location in 2021.

The community is invited to visit their newest location inside the Village Square Mall Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or Saturday’s 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and view their extensive lines of designer jewelry.
