The Effingham County Chamber celebrates the opening of new businesses or locations and welcomes new Chamber members with ribbon cuttings, new member pictures, and other events and activities.

Russ Braunecker Cadillac, Buick and GMC, located at 2309 S Banker St. in Effingham, celebrated the opening of their new Service Express Center in October with a Customer Appreciation Day and ribbon cutting.  The Service Express Center provides full-service inspections, along with lube and oil filter changes. They look forward to giving their customers quick, efficient, and quality service.
